Jaipreet Singh is known for creating a safe space for organizations, leaders and teams facilitating them to get in touch  with their own resources and develop a greater range of emotional literacy that enable them to reach their full potential as leaders. From holding top leadership conclaves and coaching, to running high impact leadership programs, Jaipreet’s interventions bring about measurable and lasting change.

CULTURE CONCLAVES

Organizational change initiatives work only when there is a shift in culture. Jaipreet creates safe spaces for top leadership teams to help them navigate change by exploring their organizational culture in depth and adjusting it as needed.

He uses the power of psychodrama along with the Organizational Cultural Assessment Instrument (OCAI), a tool that measures the six key dimensions of organizational culture, to show them their current and desired culture. Based on their vision, the leadership team decides how to adjust the organizational systems, such as structure, symbols, staff, strategy, leadership style, and managerial skills, to support their change initiatives.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Emotional literacy enables 21st century leaders to understand, empathize and express emotions in ways that create psychological safety and eliminate fear in employees. When employees can express their emotions and concerns freely and confidently, without worrying about being judged or punished, they become creative, productive and dynamic.

Combining his training in counselling, transactional analysis, NLP, psychodrama and gestalt, Jaipreet offers bespoke leadership development programs that help organizational leaders become emotionally literate and psychologically safe leaders. From top leadership to mid-level people managers, Jaipreet has trained over 3000 leaders in his consulting journey. His workshops are simple, relatable, and practical and help leaders walk away with applicable skills and fresh attitudes.

THEATRE BASED TEAM DEVELOPMENT

Jaipreet helps organizational teams to explore their core values, learn about team dynamics and enhance their interpersonal relationships.

As a professional actor for the last 15 years, Jaipreet has worked extensively in theatre, ad films, web series and feature films in India. Training as a psychodramatist, he has created his unique ‘organizational theatre’ for corporates, that combines principles of ‘theatre of the oppressed’ and ‘drama triangle,’ a well-known concept from Transactional Analysis. Teams discover how they often fall into the patterns of Persecutor, Victim, and Rescuer in their interactions with others, and then use theatre to experiment with different ways of communicating and relating. This helps them resolve conflicts and develop a culture of emotional intelligence, creativity and empathy.

One step in the right direction is worth a wasted mile behind. Jaipreet trains leaders to expand their range of attitudes and skills using forward thinking strategies, most of which are rooted in emotional storytelling.
